Physical Products Purchased Online
Boogie and the Yo-Yoz uses a 3rd party “Print on Demand” (POD) service to fulfill orders for physical merchandise. This means that every product is custom printed at the time it is ordered. Therefore all purchases of physical product from yoyoz.com are made to order. As such, we cannot accept returns for purchases of physical product unless it is damaged.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Boogie and the Yo-Yoz offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact form and provide an explanation along with a clear photo showing the issue.
Note that if you entered incorrect order shipping details or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Boogie and the Yo-Yoz cannot offer replacements or refunds online.
Product Exchanges at Live Shows
Note that products available through our website and products sold at shows are from different suppliers. However, we’ve arranged a collaboration between these suppliers to enable exchanges. Unused and undamaged product that is purchased online can be exchanged for similar products at live shows, where available.
Digital Products
Digital products (e.g. digital downloads) purchased from yoyoz.com are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch with our team using the contact form and provide a detailed explanation for why you are requesting a return along with your order details.
